Excursions

We offer international students the opportunity to go on one-day excursions together twice a year. Through these excursions, you can deepen your knowledge of Japanese culture and history as well as developing good relationships with other international students.We hope as many international students as possible will join in these enjoyable events. Past destinations have included Kyoto (holding fan-making class, river rafting in the Hozugawa River, making matcha (green tea), etc.),Nara (goldfish scooping, rice cake-making, etc.),Shiga (Shigaraki pottery forming, visiting Hikone castle, etc.)

Dates: May–June (first trip) and October–November (second trip)
Cost: Free of charge
Number of participants: 30–40
