(2) A non-Japanese who has over 2 years of postdoctoral research experience or　a Japanese who has over 2 years of postdoctoral research experience abroad
(3) A researcher who has research experience in biophysics, chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, engineering, mathematics and computer science.
