 One Associate Professor (Principal Investigator of Green-photonics Super Research Group)

3.Hiring Date
From October 1, 2010 (or the earliest possible date)

4.Term of employment
5 years (Promotion to full tenured professor is possible through evaluation at the 2nd or 5th year)

5.Job field
Research area of Green-photonics – concerning with light-utilizing eco-energy technologies such as: energy-saving technologies, low-carbon and environment evaluation technologies, and the materials and devices for these technologies

6.Qualifications
(1) PhD, favorably with research and/or educational experience abroad
(2) One who has excellent scholarly achievements and research plans for development of materials and devices leading to eco-energy technologies based on photonic-nano science
(3) One who can enthusiastically promote the education of graduate students of Materials Science and frontier research as a member of the Green-photonics super research group

7.Term of employment
(1) Workdays: From Monday through Friday except for the following holidays
(2) Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, the end and beginning of the year and the anniversary of the founding of NAIST (October 1st)
(3) Working hours: a discretionary labor system

8.Salary
Based on the salary payment rules of NAIST

9.Allowance
Based on the salary payment rules of NAIST (commuting allowance, family allowance, house allowance, end-of-the-year bonus, etc.)

10.Welfare
