FD / SD Program "Lecture on Mental Health Guide of Graduate School students for Faculties/Staff"

  Many faculties and staff may experience difficulty in dealing students with mental health issues in their student lives. In this program, we will invite Dr. Sasaki from JAIST, which has a similar research environment to NAIST. Dr. Sasaki provides daily student counseling at the Health Care Center, and this program will include the action flow at JAIST and how to deal with cases of international students. There will also be a brief discussion about the sample case with lecturer.
Not just faculties, but also staff members who have the opportunity to interact with students are encouraged to participate.

    Megumi Sasaki, Associate Professor at JAIST
      《Profile》
       Dr. Sasaki received her Ph.D in Teacher Education from Hyogo University, She worked at Nagoya City University and National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology as a researcher, Center for the Science of Prevention Education at Naruto University of Education as an Associate Professor from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, she has been has been working at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) in Nomi city in Ishikawa prefecture and currently she is an Associate Professor of the Health Care Center.
