Professor Torbjørn Svendsen (Director NTNU Digital, Faculty of Information Technology and Electric Engineering) and Professor Katrin Franke of Norwegian University of Science and Technology visited NAIST on April 25, 2017.
A courtesy visit was made to Dean Kenichi Matsumoto (Graduate School of Information Science) accompanied by Junko Iwatsuki (DGE International Activities Coordinator) who gave an introduction about NAIST to the delegates.
Following this, the delegates visited the labs of Augmented Human Communication (Professor Satoshi Nakamura) and Information Security Engineering (Assistant Professor Daisuke Fujimoto), and were able to exchange and discuss ideas in their research fields.
