6. Qualifications
- PhD
- Excellent research record in semiconductor materials and devices or thin film crystal growth.
- Enthusiasm to engage in research and education in semiconductor devices and materials in cooperation with Assoc. Prof. Kosuke O. Hara, the head of the laboratory.
7. Employment conditions
- Workdays: Monday through Friday
- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, the end/beginning of the year and the anniversary of the founding of NAIST (October 1st)
- Discretionary labor system for professional work
*Discretionary labor system for professional work will be applied with the applicant's consent.
*The working hours for a day are deemed as 7.75 hours.
8. Remuneration
Annual salary JPY5,000,000 or more including various allowances, determined in accordance with the salary regulations for education and research fixed-term contract employees of NAIST
* Commuting allowance provided (Bonuses and retirement benefits are not provided)
