We will hold the entrance ceremony as below.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the Internet with Webex. （The URL for the Internet streaming will be informed to new students at a later date.）
If there are changes to the ceremony content, we will inform you on the NAIST website, so please stay updated.

Date and Time:  Monday, October 2, 2023 from 11:00 - 11:30
Place:  Millennium Hall

To New Students:

• Please come to the Millennium Hall by 10:45am to attend the ceremony.
• If you experience symptoms of cold, please contact us with the contact information below and refrain from attending the ceremony

※Orientation for new students will be carried out on the following schedule, please be sure to attend.
