Receiving Start-up Research Funds for Women Researchers

There are no restrictions on the use of this research grant, so it was very easy to use. For example, I was able to use it to pay for equipment repairs, but I had not planned to do any renovations before I arrived at the university. After all, you never know what you will need until you actually enter a lab, so I am very glad that I was able to use this research grant. The paperwork was minimal, which was very helpful with my busy schedule. There is nothing about this program that I would like to see improved.
