This is the application form for using Nara Institute of Science and Technology University's Plus α Childcare "(University) Babysitter Usage Admission Fee and Annual Fee Subsidy".
・We will subsidize the admission fee and annual membership fee of the babysitter company you wish to use, up to 22,000 yen per person (per fiscal year, advance payment).
・Depending on conditions, it is able to be used in conjunction with the (Cabinet Office) subsidy for the use of babysitter fees.
・The "Sentan Nursery" is available as a place for childcare.
