We will hold the commencement as below.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the Internet with Webex.
（The URL for the Internet streaming will be informed to graduates at a later date.）
If there are changes to the ceremony content, we will inform you on the NAIST website, so please stay updated.

Date and time:  Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 10:00 - 10:45
Place:  Millennium Hall
Attendees:  All students who will graduate in September 2025

To Graduating Students:

• All the graduating Doctoral course students will be given an explanation about the process of the ceremony in advance. Please gather at the Millennium Hall by 9:15.
• Graduating Master's course students are required to enter the Millennium Hall by 9:50.
• Please return your student ID card to the Educational Affairs Division before or after the ceremony.

To Family and Friends of Graduating Students:

• Please attend the commencement. Please enter the Millennium Hall before the ceremony begins.

Other:

• The Millennium Hall will be open until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the commencement.
