Mr. Keiichi Ikeda (D1, Laboratory of Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Graduate School of Materials Science) won the Best Poster Award at the International Symposium on Catalysis and Fine Chemicals which was held at Korea University from December 14 to 17, 2009.

This award is conferred on a scientist who has made a great contribution in the fields of cutting-edge developments in transition metal-catalyzed reactions, organic and bio-catalysts (enzymes), or their application to the synthesis of fine chemicals and natural products.
