1. Eligibility

University or college graduates, or those who are deemed by the Graduate School of Science and Technology as having equal or higher academic ability than university graduate.

6. Period of study

Up to one year. (Extension may be permitted under special circumstances.)

7. Screening method

Admission will be determined by the documents submitted.

8. Admission and tuition fees

Admission fee: 84,600 yen
Tuition fee: 29,700 yen per month

9. Handling of personal information

Personal data submitted when applying will be used for the following purposes. In addition, personal information provided will be properly handled based on the Personal Information Management Regulations. (2005 Annual Regulations No. 5)
(1) Entrance examination
(2) Admission procedure
For those who are accepted will also be used for the following purposes.
(3) Educational affairs (student registration management, grade management, studies management)
(4) Student support (scholarship application, student housing, benefits, career support)

10. EU General Data Protection Regulation

Applicants coming to Japan from within the European Economic Area (EEA) will be subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation and will need to follow a different procedure. Please contact the following office in advance.

11. Notes

  1. Screening, admission and tuition fee can not to be refunded to applicants once paid for any reason.
    International students financed by the Japanese government (Kokuhi) are exempted from screening, admission and tuition fees.
  2. If you wish to receive consideration for screening or study due to illness, injury, or physical disability,please notify us in advance.
  3. Applicants who make false statements in their application form regarding their history or qualifications for admission may have their admission revoked even after it has been decided.
  4. All documents submitted at the time of application will not be returned.
